The following personal information about each of our team specialists is designed to introduce the people that will be personally working on your behalf:

Bill is a full partner of State Street Mortgage, LLC. and resides in Sycamore with his wife Reichell. Bill has two daughters and one son.

Bill brings many life experiences to the customers of State Street Mortgage. In addition to Bill's expertise in the mortgage market, his past employment experiences include seven years of law enforcement and 2 years as a judicially appointed Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) investigating and advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children.

When not in the office, Bill can be seen driving around town on his Harley Davidson, bouncing between AYSO soccer fields on game days, visiting Reichell's family in Costa Rica, riding roller coasters or occasionally jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.

Joan is a senior mortgage specialist and office manager of State Street Mortgage. Joan resides in DeKalb with her husband Greg, dog Thor and cat Dusty.

Joan offers over 13 years of corporate banking experience with specialization in mortgage financing, branch management, consumer finance, customer service and staff training. Joan routinely attends professional mortgage industry continuing education courses on topics such as self-employed borrower income analysis, processing, originating and underwriting for conforming and government insured mortgage loan programs. In addition to Joan's expertise in the mortgage market, she has extensive training in the investment and insurance industries.

Joan is very community and civic minded. Among her many achievements include past president and board member of the DeKalb United Way, board member of the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and Chairperson of the DeKalb ATHENA committee. Most recently Joan is team leader for weekend spiritual healing retreats.

When not in the office, Joan can be found in her flower garden or visiting and antiquing in historic towns from Illinois to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. On weekend getaways you can find her spotting eagles in Southern Illinois and Wisconsin or soaring with the eagles while she pilots a perfectly good airplane.

Brad is a full partner of State Street Mortgage, LLC and resides in Oswego with his wife Abby and their three daughters.

Brad brings a long history of business achievements that center around the common theme of financing and customer service. In addition to Brad's expertise in the mortgage market, he is a licensed investment advisor and insurance agent with employment experience as a financial officer and insurance agent for Country Companies; vice president & manager for several area mortgage lenders; stockbroker for Blinder Robinson; accounting supervisor for First Florida Bank; and accounting clerk/crew chief while enlisted in the United States Air Force.

When not in a business suit, Brad can be seen wearing a Sponge Bob Tshirt while at the go-cart track with his daughters, riding roller coasters, piloting his ultra light or occasionally jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.
